CONSTABLES ARREST SEVEN SUSPECTS WHO BROKE INTO A RESIDENCE AND CAUSED $2,800.00 WORTH OF DAMAGES. SUSPECTS RECEIVED $1.00 BOND!
On October 12, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a residence in the the 5500 block of Ashgate Drive in reference to a possible burglary in progress.
Upon deputies arriving, they observed forced entry to the front door and observed a male and female suspect attempting to flee. They were apprehended and identified as Hiley Robertson and John Jackson.
While clearing the inside of the residence, deputies located and detained 5 additional suspects who were identified as Dominic Biggs, Logan James, Terrell Lacy, Marselena James and Matthew Francis.
Further investigation revealed that the suspects caused $2,800.00 worth of damages inside the residence.
"All seven suspects were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Burglary of a Habitation. Dominic Biggs, Logan James, Terrell Lacy, Marselena James, and John Jackson received a $1.00 bond out of the 351st District Court. Hiley Robertson and Matthew Francis received a $1,000.00 bond each out of the 351st District court." - Constable Mark Herman
